What is OQFs refund policy?

F/Veg ... must be claimed on customers' NEXT delivery only.

Non Fruit & Veg ... product MUST be returned to OQF.

If you receive produce that has deteriorated too much to consume, please do let us know and we will gladly arrange a refund. Please provide details from your invoice; $ value and quantity. For example, "1/2 punnet tomatoes bad, cost for punnet was $3.99"
