Why didnít I receive all of my order?

Sometimes you may not receive all of the produce ordered due to the difficulty at times in obtaining genuine organic produce. OQF will never subsitute conventional produce for unavailable organic/biodynamic produce. It should be noted on your invoice as N/A or have a # symbol next to items that have been rationed due to supply shortages.

As the on-line system is updated daily if you ordered a product earlier in the week and it later became unavailable and was removed from the on-line ordering program you will probably have a blank line appear on your invoice.
